Video Conference Suggestions Needed

I have a client that is looking for ideas on video/voice conference from their employee pcs. Their mostly windows pcs. And the server would be on some flavor of linux. She was not specific on how many would be using it. But does anyone have any suggestions on what to do for a server program and client programs to use?

Thanks!

Gnomemeeting is good. Try this link:gnomemeeting
They used to have q-see-me which was a blazingly fast, well coded, video project. But now its unsupported. GM is just as nice. Good Luck.

gnomemeeting looks to be for Gnome only. Its cool that it should work with MS Netmeeting but I was kinda hopeing for a cross-platform client to use with a linux based server to host conferences.

Any other ideas?

I am looking for the same exact setup kemplej. I have been browsing around the web and want to experiment with a linux service that streams out video and chat for training-type meetings. Most users will be windows based so it would have to be web-based. A fatter client like Gnomemeeting and Netmeeting would not be ideal. I will keep looking and asking too.
