Video conference

anyone know of a good program for communicating over the net with a webcamera, the only one I've found is gnomemeeting, and I have seen better (as in simpler to use) programs.
It is critical that it is capable of communicating reliably with windows, preferably a program that is free for that platform to.

I run mdk 10.1 OE.
