vi + default colorscheme

Hi and good morning

How i can put my lovely coloscheme as default in vim...i know about /etc/vimrc but still i am not sure what i must write in there

Hi,

Put something like this in your /etc/vimrc or ~/.vimrc:

colorscheme <schema_name>

schema_name should reside in and be named as:

/usr/share/vim/vim62/colors/<schema_name>.vim

the vim62 part could be different on your box.

I use the file .exrc in my home to store those configs
type the command in the file like you would do in vim and it will work
for example

:colorscheme darkblue
