Hi
I want to grab (cut) different scenes from VCD(s), I try to use "cinelerra" but no use. So I want to ask that is there any software (except cinelerra) which can grab (cut) different scenes from a VCD.

You can use "vcdimager" to rip your VCD to a regular mpg, then
with "Avidemux" you can do all kinds of stuff with it.
Avidemux is really easy to use as well.
