Vacation/Autorespond plugin not working in outside domains
 

Hi. I need help regarding squirrelmail vacation/autorespond plugin. I can receive the autoreply message if it's also from the localdomain but it's not working if its from other domain. What could be the reason? Pls help.

Need help badly. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

about 4-5 years ago I installed and had running a great squirrelmail implementation. As I recall there was mailing list one could join for assistance. Nevertheless, there has not been enough detail included for most of us to adequately help you. Most importantly are there are any type of errors you can find? Are there bounce messages? Have you tried tailing your QMail logs to find the autorespond messages as they are going out and looking at the failing ones? (Its been a while, but at least when I set one up it was using QMail for teh MTA). Please see this page for the types of details we may need:
