Smile Utility For Reading Bittorrent File

I am looking for a small Linux utility for reading list of files and size of files related to a bittorrent file (extension .torrent).

The output from the utility is a text file with "list of file " and/or "size of file".

Is there any Torrent file utility in Linux?

(I am NOT looking for bittorrent client/server).

Thank you.

The Bittorrent package contains 'btshowmetainfo.py' and there's Perl scripts like 'torrentsniff' and 'torrenttracker'.
