Unhappy Ut / Ut2004 (Works slow / Works perfect)

Hello,

I have this very strange problem..

I installed my Ubuntu with the latest ATI drivers for my mobility x600..

The weird thing is that I can play Quake4 quite good, Ut2004 very good, Enemy territory good (all native games).

But I can't seem to get UT99 running good, it runs terribly slow, bit stuttering, when I walk/strafe it goes from slow to normal or slower.., and mouse movements are very bad.

Maybe it is the way I install my UT, have the GOTY version, and use the latest loki isntaller for that.

I also heard that ATI just aint good with openGl, but ut2k4 is also opengl, so it should be fine i guess.

Really hope someone could helpme out with this.

Grtz
