/usr/bin/gcc not found
 
I am trying to install Oracle 11g on RHEL 5.2. On installing it failed. I checked the logs and found that it has failed because:

/usr/bin/gcc: No such file or directory
can anyone help me in understanding what it means and how to install/get this package?

I think you just need to run (as root)
yum install gcc
Have you tried that?
