using Xine for encrypted DVDs?

I had Xine working before, thanks to one of my previous posts, but now I've gone to Fedora, and am trying to use the new version of Xine and Xine-UI. I have those working on my system together now, but I can't find any css plugin for new versions of xine. Is there a reason for this, or am I just not looking in the right place. I've tried all the ones I could find and they all say they need an older version of xine lib, but I don't want to give up the new bug fixes found in the newest version of xine.

If possible I would also like instructions on how to install such a plugin properly, either a link to a webpage, or in the README of a source package, or as a post here.

Thanks
