using wine with dreamweaver 2004 mx

When i try running dreamweaver 2004mx the file operations dont work. So I was wondering does anyone have any ideas why this is happening. I heard u can have a fake windows how do u do that ?

Wow LOL I sure hope that guy didn't do that command.....LOL...

The other programs he listed are pretty decent....almost just as good and simple.
