Using SPEWS with EXIM, can I white list a single email address?

I am trying to battle spam for a small ISP.... we recieve about 12,000 emails a day, currently blocking about 5% of them as spam, a lot are getting through.

I would like to use SPEWS for a RBL, but one of our clients has an e-mail address on a domain that is blacklisted. Is there anyway to whitelist single e-mail addresses from a RBL using exim?

Current setup is this...

email comes in to firewall, goes through exim and is checked against a RBL, then the mail that makes it through exim on the firewall it goes to qmail on our mail server. On the mail server I am using qmail for the MTA, f-prot for viri, and spamassassin for filtering.

I think I have things setup pretty good, and we are blocking some spam... just not enough.

Any suggestions or help with whitelisting an email from a RBL in exim is appreciated.
