Well, if
you want to write it just post what you've got so far and we'll help you improve it.
If you haven't got anything yet post the steps and commands you perform to install the files manually including the locations of the source and destination files, access rights, user account it should be installed under, etc, etc, the works, then proceed to
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/drafts...ting-rpms.html if you don't know much about RPM's or to
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/drafts...n/ch09s02.html if you already have written .spec files before. Before you try to make and test a .spec file please read
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/library/l-rpm2/ if you think building RPM's as root account user is OK. If you fail, post your .spec file, preferably between BB code tags, and any output that may help us help you.
OK, there's a third option and that's asking your fellow LQ members to write a .spec for you, but then you should
ask properly.
