Question Using mkDoxy: no clue on how to comment

Hi guys,

I downloaded and installed mkDoxy to document the Makefiles in my project, since it is my understanding that Doxygen does NOT document the Makefiles (PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong).

I can NOT find any documentation on the WWW so that I can understand how to comment the Makefiles in order to generate the required documentation.

I know that comments with ## are the one that are considered, but I have no clue on the implications of this... for example, can I use Doxygen standard commands? I tried, for example:

Code:
## \brief Example description.
but it does NOT work...

Any help?

Thanks!
