Using Licensed Linux App in different Dist

Hi all,

Just bought myself a new PC (as I wanted a PC from this millennium) and it came with Suse 9.0. On that there is a software that is compatible with my German bank using HBCI (unfortunately GnuCash isn't) and that normally would cost me X USD to buy . Now I would prefer staying with Fedora for really no reason other than it is "free" ...

Is there any way that I can install a software from the Suse CDs on an existing Fedora installation ? I mean, by buy this new PC of mine I've also already "paid" the license fee for the bank-compatible software ...

And Yes, I'm a newbie, Linux rookie and lots of other stuff

Kman
