Smile Using imlib2 to capture portion of an desired window.

I am thinking of using imlib2 to write a
program which will:

1. search for a window by its title name and set the window ID.
2. use the passed arguments for upper-left hand corner (x,y) and
the x-width, y-width

to all selection of a sub area of a window specified by its title.

I was under the impression imlib2 was the best/fastest option.

Does anybody have comments/suggestions?

Does anybody know of a web page with examples of using imlib2?

thanks
