Using IMAGEMAGICK How To Screen Shot

Hi All. I have done the install BUT still can't get a Screen Shot print. I have done the import to screenshot.png. Could someone be so kind as walk me through what after I enter after the DISPLAY command and the wizard appears? Is there a way to get a full manual on the use of IMAGEMAGICK? I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
Bob
