Using F-prot to scan email

Is there any way to setup F-prot antivir in Fedora / Gnome to scan incoming and outgoing mail in a POP client like Evolution?
I'm still a linux newbie and it seems most linux AV packages are command line on-demand scanners with no mail scanning capabilities.
Is there any way to automatically scan incoming and outgoing POP/SMTP mail?

Not with F-Prot ... what you could be doing, though,
is store the mail in a Mail-directory, have a script
extract mime-attachements and scan those ...
