Using Eclipse IDE with CVS-clone

I've created a bash script that acts as an interface to the /usr/bin/cvs command. I created the script so that after a file (or files)is retrieved from the CVS repository, it can be code-beautified to my liking (using uncrustify).

The script works like a charm when I invoke it from the command line, however I cannot get the Eclipse IDE to use it.

I named the script 'cvs', and the path leading to it appears in my PATH environment variable before the path leading to the real cvs binary. Is there anything I can do to get Eclipse to use this script, or at least recognize my PATH settings?

No, I don't think there is. Eclipse does not use a cvs binary. It uses a java CVS client, which ships with eclipse.

I'll try to think of something that might be of help, but for the moment, I can only give you "the short answer".
