Using COM-Port (COM1:) on WinE

Hi,
I have gor a problem with using COM-Ports (COM1) (ttyS0) in WinE. After open Port one, I'll write to these. Then I've get the message "Error 5, Access denied!". These errormessage come from the function "writefile(...)".
The devices (/dev/ttyS0 and /dev/ttyS1) have full acces on all users. Can anyone help me?!
