Using Autofs

I have Debian woody 3.01 and currently I have to manually mount my cd and floppy drives. I have installed autofs, and rebuilt the kernel with automount support, but I have no idea how to set it all up. The manual pages are horrible, and I was wondering if anyone has a quick solution to setting up autofs to mount cd & floppy drives when a disk is inserted.
Thanks,
Guy

One of the things that you should do is change /etc/fstab. Set the file system type to autofs for CD and floppy. I am unsure as to what else needs to be done.
