Using Apache Server and Pound as a Reverse Proxy

When using Apache server (if needed) and the Pound Reverse Proxy server; do I still have to have a complete Apache configuration customized in if not how much and where does Apache have to be customized?

I would like to have Pound direct all but one request to the IIS box on one web sit left to be servered up by Apache.

Is this possible and how do I get around this?

Thanks.
