Hello,
My issues are as follows:
1. On boot-up, I keep getting (lots) of the message
atkbd.c: Unknown key pressed (translated set 2, code 0x8d on isa0060/serio0).
atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e00d <keycode>' to make it known.
atkbd.c: Unknown key released (translated set 2, code 0x8d on isa0060/serio0).
It has lengthened boot-up time considerably.
I read the man pages for setkeycodes and I don't understand the info. How can I put an end to these messages?
2. Out of the blues I can't mount USB sticks anymore, I get the message:
Rejected send message, 3 matched rules; type="method_call", sender=":1.24" (uid=1001 pid=3055 comm="exo-mount --hal-udi /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/v") interface="org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" member="Mount" error name="(unset)" requested_reply=0 destination="org.freedesktop.Hal" (uid=0 pid=2514 comm="/usr/sbin/hald ")).
How do I resolve this please?
Thank you.
