USB bluetooth stopped working

I have used usb bluetooth with Nokia 2730 and 6300 several months without problems. Last succeeded operation was downloading new ringing sound about 4 weeks ago. When i open connction is OK but When I now try to see folders in cameras it does not work, I'll got message that camera with "mac code" did not response. Cameras show that connection pair is Ok. Reinstalling does not help. Using Ubuntu 9.1, kernel is 2.6.31-20 generic. I have made all updates.

Have you tried blueman?

just because bluetooth devices stop working it doesn't mean that it is software related. its a wireless device afterall, and it floats around in the air. mac code looks like it relates to network capabilities of your device, but as I'm not an expert I am confused at how this can occur and the pair can be Ok. I would consult Nokia.

assure yourself that you have made all the necessary updates.
