usage of lex and yacc in fedora core 4

I have installed fedora core 4 and I am not able to use lex and yacc facility. Is any extra thing to be installed and if it is kindly let me know

Have you installed Flex and Bison? If not, do

Thanks for the code yum install bison flex. When i give this it is telling to download some packages . rpm --import public.gpg.key. How to get this and make it work. Kindly help
