1.Site with users
2.Mail server

I need some suggestions for how can I make something like Flicker email upload photos from Mobile device.

Theory.

Mail server (postfix) with mysql DB.User send photo on his unique mail (name@mywebsite.com) then I check in mysql on my mywebsite userID get match and then client make Upload his photo via mail.
We have developers who can make everything but i need some suggestion from the administration side the servers are Gentoo and Debian boxes
I need some link to read it or just a idea how to make it good.
