Upgrading yahoo messenger


Hello, i am using linux ubuntu and i want to know how i can upgrade my yahoo messenger to its highest on ubuntu. Please i really need help.
P.S. i really dont know how to use computers well so if u could explain in the simplest u can if its not to much trouble. Please and thank you.
