upgrading to kde 3.3?

i know most other distributions support kde 3.3, but apparently there are no nice packages for kde 3.3 in mandrake 10.1. is there a way to upgrade from kde 3.2 to 3.3 in mandrake? i got started by urpmi'ing my autoconfig, automake, etc... then i got to urpmi'ing kde files, and didn't know which ones were needed. i tried urpmi kdebase, but got errors of the sort:
ftp://mirrors.secsup.org/pub/linux/m...01mdk.i586.rpm
...retrieving failed: curl: (19) Given file does not exist

i'm guessing maybe i had a bad repository for urpmi? or am i looking in the wrong place?

am i supposed to download the files manually and compile from source? any good instructions on how to do that? thanks.

I have been looking for the same thing of late. Since we are fast moving toward KDE 3.4, I am dissapointed that I have been unable to find KDE 3.3 rpms for mandrake 10.1. I did a quick google for "KDE 3.3 Mandrake" and did find the following link: http://rpm.nyvalls.se/10.1/RPMS/
Can someone tell me if I can add this to my RPM database? Could i use this to upgrade? Or would it be best to simply await Mandrake 10.2? Thanks for any help.
