Upgrading KDE Missing BZip Development Tools

Hello again, I am upgrading my KDE Desktop to KDE 3.2 from KDE 3.1. I am using Konstruct to do so. About halfway through I get the message that i am missing my Bzip development tools. So I go on the all mighty google serach venture and have had no sucess locating the file. Can anybody lead me in the right direction. Thanks again.

ftp://carroll.cac.psu.edu/pub/linux/...17mdk.i586.rpm

BTW it should be on your install disc.

Enjoy!
