Upgrade RedHat no CD-ROM?

If I wanted to upgrade my RedHat system that doesn't have a CD-ROM - how should I go about it. Could I get away with SMB-Mounting the CDROM from a win box?

Sould I copy the CD onto the hard drive and run from there (I think I have space)?

Thank you

I believe you could do a network upgrade. Just create the boot floppies and go.
