updating to kde 3.1 beta2
 

How do I update to KDE 3.1 beta 2...I try reading the info at kde.org...when I look at stable versions, like 3.0.4...I see Red Hat on the ftp, I get 8.0, and then I see all the rpm files...some are programs yet others are necessary I guess...how can I tell which things I need? Also is there a way other than downloading all the rpms individually..for example using Red Hat's Update Agent or something?

In the beta 2 download thing, there is no red hat, which should I use then?


what's the command to log out of xserver? Kinda dumb question but I forgot, and I need to log out to install glx for my nvidia card...thanks
