Updating Firefox 2 to 3.6 on Acer Aspire One (Linpus)

Hi!

This is my first mail here. I've tried to update Firefox 2 to Firefox 3.6 on Acer Aspire One running Linux Linpus.

Downloading goes ok, but how to start the update?

Hi, Welcome to LQ.

Want to install latest firefox ?

I think you are running fedora.
Open Add/remove applications which is available at top panel.

update firefox from that package manager.

or else download tar.gz files . and follow the procedure in this link
post whether this procedure worked or not ? if any errors... reply here.
