Updated gnumeric, now won't open

I just updated gnumeric-1:1.10.17-1.fc14 (i686), and now it won't open. I've uninstalled and re-installed twice now to no effect. All my files are still there, but I can't get to them.

You're profile and the name of the rpm you mention indicate that you're using Fedora 14. Fedora 14 went End Of Life over two years ago which means you're not getting any security updates. I highly advise you update to the current version of Fedora. Updating may very well resolve your problem with gnumeric as well.

For future reference, if you run gnumeric from a command prompt you may get some useful output indicating what's wrong.
