Updated dvdbackup available on my website

I have an updated version of Olaf Beck's dvdbackup available on my website. It has been updated to build with the latest libdvdread libraries. It has been tested to work with libdvdread-0.9.7 under Slackware 12.1, but it should work with any current distro with libdvdread 0.9.6 or later. The original dvdbackup.c file is still in the archive, which works (at least for me under Slackware 10.2) with libdvdread-0.9.3 and 0.9.4. The updated file (dvdbackup2.c) works with libdvdread-0.9.6 and 0.9.7, under both Slack 10.2 (with a 2.6.x kernel) and 12.1. NEITHER version will build with libdvdread-0.9.5, which I consider to be badly broken.

Why reinvent the wheel?

After I put the file up I re-discovered Stefan Beck's lxdvdrip program, which includes a cleaned-up and better debugged version of dvdbackup in it. Since my update still has bugs in it, I see no point in "reinventing the wheel". Stefan's file is called 'dvdbackup_lxdvdrip', but it's nothing to create a 'dvdbackup' symlink to it.

I had fun working on it, as it was a learning experience for me, but like I said, I see no point in duplicating Stefan's work.
