Update Firefox in redhat


When I try to update firefox in redhat I get the following error

yum update firefox
Loaded plugins: downloadonly-background, fastestmirror, ibm-check-lotus-updates,
: ibm-repository, refresh-packagekit, security, versionlock
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/...ta/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404"
Trying other mirror.
ftp://hurgsa.ibm.com/projects/o/open...ta/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 9 - "Server denied you to change to the given directory"
Trying other mirror.
Setting up Update Process
No Packages marked for Update

What version of Red Hat? And if you really ARE using Red Hat Enterprise, why would you have OLD Fedora repos in there? Did you try to check the URL's? Neither of them respond, or they're down. Put in the CORRECT repository names for whatever version of RHEL you're using, and update then. Also, unless you are PAYING FOR RHEL, you WILL NOT get online updates.

you can not mix fedora 19 and rhel6
they are two VERY VERY VERY different operating systems
and are INCOMPATIBLE

remove ALL AND EVERY!!!!!! fedora 19 rpm
( might NOT be possible )
but it might

run
Code:
su -
rpm -qa | grep fc19
rpm -qa | grep fc18
rpm -qa | grep fc17
then uninstall EVERY ONE OF THEM
Code:
su -
yum remove NameOfTheProgram
