unresolved symbol issues

I am attempting to install a driver supplied
by the vendor of a frame grabber pci board.I am
using Red Hat 7.2. The vendor is relatively new with regard to linux drivers. Hence I am having
some difficulty loading the module. The insmod
command in the makefile yields the following
errors:
2.4.7-10/frmGb.o: unresolved symbol remap_page_range
2.4.7-10/frmGb.o: unresolved symbol schedule_timeout
2.4.7-10/frmGb.o: unresolved symbol __wake_up
.
..
...
2.4.7-10/frmGb.o: unresolved symbol printk
2.4.7-10/frmGb.o: unresolved symbol __generic_copy_to_user
2.4.7-10/frmGb.o: unresolved symbol get_zeroed_page
.
..
...
Since this is a new install there are no entries in the modules.conf file. I have been over the makefiles with a fine tooth comb and tried to ensure all linux/ Red Hat pedigree issuses are accounted for. PLEASE! If you can help please
pass on your recommendation(s)/suggestions.

Thanks in advance
