Hi , I would like add an address info@example.com
"useradd -s /bin/bash -d /home/info -m info"
I wrote this code, it can open for other email adresses but when I wanna open info@ , it cannot be open,
when I add an address to the server, to activate it, I send a message to the address then in the directory of the address that I created,Maildir is builded and we can use that email address.
but for info@... it cannot be occured, Maildir cannot be occured,
can it be info a reserved word for email addres,
do you have any idea that how I can fix this problem,

It's more than likely that info is set up as a predefined alias in /etc/aliases.

is there no one can help me, please our company gave an advertisement and its written on it info@mycompany.com , and when the customers wannt to contact , they will be try to commnunicate from that addres, but the adddres does not exit, I couldnt find out, I asked the senior of linux that I know ,but they say ,they havent seen such as mistake before, I dont know how can be solved
when I useradd info .. /home/info occurs, and after send a message to activate the addres, in /home/info , Maildir doesnt occur, build, but when I try it for other addresses , its occured, and it became a working addres, but for info@.. , it cannot be, why, I couldnt ffind pplease help, its immediately ,and very important, today 5 people of my company, they said how you can find the probelem, no way, you should create that email , info2@ cannot be, exactly info@.. ,

Open the /etc/aliases in a text editor. Find the line with "info" on it. Put a # at the beginning of the line. Save and close the file. Restart the mail system, or restart the server.

unfourtuanately there is no a line that includes info, I look all aliases document verisions in etc , aliases, aliaeses.d, aliases.db
but there is no info line to be comment outted,
have you any diffrenet idea

I found the problem, there was a grup,named as info, and there is an email address info@
I deleted from webmin, I couldnt delete from command line, rmlist didnt work,
but webmin helped me to solve that problem
