Uninstalling software with SuSe Linux 10.1

ima n00b to Linux and my wine screwed up so I need to reinstall it so how do I unistall it?

If you mean re-install SuSE 10.1, there is no need to uninstall. Just re-install as if it was a new installation. It will reformat the partitions before installing.

Note: If there is anything you want saved, make a backup or copy the files to a spare partition or removable media. Otherwise, you will probably loose it.

Second note: unless your wife was logged in as root, there is probably no need to re-install. Just what did she do that makes you think you need to re-install?
