Uninstalling in FC2

How can I uninstall all the server applications? I've tried System Settings => Add/Remove Applications, unchecking all of the server groups, but then it tells me:

"The following packages could not be found on your system. Installation cannot continue until they are installed."

And the only missing package is smtpdaemon. So I tried to

yum install smtpdaemon

but to no avail. What can I do?

Maybe the smpt daemon is not installed

You can always do:
Code:
rpm -qa
to list all installed packages, and then:
Code:
rpm -e packageName
to remove unwanted packages individually.

See "man rpm" for more details
