uninstall xawtv problem

[root@localhost don]# urpme xawtv
To satisfy dependencies, the following packages will be removed (0 MB):
gv4l-2.2.4-1plf.i586 (due to missing xawtv)
Is this OK? (y/n)

It starts with gv4l and hangs.
How do I solve this?

urpmi -help doesn't show a way to remove xawtv but not gv4l.
Or, I don't see it.

If gv4l is not installed, or even if it is, have you tried urpmi'ing it first, and then urpme'ing it alone, and then follow up with urpme xawtv?
