Question uninstall?

Hi, I have a question about Linux Fedora Core 4.
About a month ago I installed Fedora but I also use Windows. I created a new drive for Fedora with partition magic. Now I want to uninstall Linux because I don't really use it anymore, but I can't figure out how I can uninstall it without having my windows deletet to. Fedora has installed a program to choose which OS I want to boot. Can somebody please help my how I should uninstall it?

Thx

Boot your computer with the Windows disc and select the recovery console when you get the option. Once at the command line, type fixmbr.
