Unidentified network activity

Hi people!

I need an application which can tell me what program is continually sending data out onto the internet. I can see there is network activity every 1-2 seconds (outbound).

I'm worried I have some spyware or adware installed on my system.

Please help!

Many thanks,

Mike

Why don't you install something like Snort and just look at your own traffic?
