Undefined reference to ioremap

Hello, all

Now I am trying to access PCI use memory mapping method - ioremap(), inb() and outb().
But, error 'Undefined reference to ioremap' occurs during compile/link.
My development environment is user, not kernel. Is it impossible use kernel function like ioremap() under user environment?

Joseph

Thank you very much !!
I found io.h that include ioremap(), and compile is OK ! But cannot link with same error "undefined reference to ioremap"
I think that need to add Library that has ioremap code. Could you help me some more ??
