Drivers are specific to the hardware you're using. Therefore, you need to tell us about your wireless device. If it's a USB device, post the output of "lsusb" (i.e. run the command in a terminal, without quotes). If it's an internal device, run "lspci". In either case, this will give us a list of USB or PCI devices in the system and we can go from there. Also run "lsmod", which lists the kernel modules that are loaded. It may be that the correct driver has been found and you just need firmware, or to configure the device.
Edit: If you don't get any output with the commands, put "sudo" in front (e.g. "sudo lspci") and enter your password when prompted.
