Unable to install FC5 64 bit

I have AMD 3000+ 64bit on MSI RS480 IL Mobo.
When I try installing FC564bit I get some error message after the installer formats the partition.

What could be the problem? Can anyone help?

Whats the error message??? I don't know of anyone here who is psychic...

We can't help you unless we know what exactly you are trying to do, at what point it fails and what error is displayed.

I dont remember the error message.I will post the exact error message later. It opens some debug window. It is happening not only one computer but on other machines also. Error comes right after the installer completes formatting drives and starts insalling packages. I am doing a fresh installation.
