There's not much we can tell you, since you don't say what version of squid, what websites won't open, version/distro of Linux, or in what kind of environment. This points to a DNS issue...are these websites internal to your company, or external? Can you reach them if you use the IP address rather than the host name?

Absolutely no idea what you're trying to say here. If the OP needs a proxy server, telling them to just not use it is fairly pointless advice...and what 'man' page do you recommend to address the OP's issue? The one for the config file, the program itself? Which options?

Please see the LQ rules about posting, particularly this part:

I've had this issue before for internal sites.
As a quick workaround I added the hostname and IP address in /etc/hosts (very small setup)
If the IP addresses work in a browser configured with the proxy server. Maybe do that for now?
I eventually fixed my DNS.

What do the squid logs say?
Need more information about your setup see TB0ne's post.

In starting after configuring squid proxy, all the websites except denied websites open,

But now after 20-25 days, sometimes most of the websites can not opened.

It shows error "Unable to determine IP address rom host name "website name

...and you STILL provide no usable details about your problem, despite being asked. Unless you post details and answer questions that you've been asked, there is not much point in posting a question. We can't (and WON'T) play a guessing game to try to help you.

AGAIN: this points to a DNS issue, but since you don't provide details, we STILL can't help you. Try restarting squid and flushing the squid cache, and see if it helps.
