Unable to compile driver module after upgrade to 3.13.0-35-generic

I have an Aspire-XC-605 desktop with a ID 0bda:0129 Realtek Semiconductor Corporation

cp -f define.release define.h
make -C /lib/modules/3.13.0-35-generic/build/ SUBDIRS=/home/george/Temp/rts5139-old modules

Why are you using old code and not building the code in the kernel? It's in drivers/staging/rts5139.
