Unable to access any server through Filezilla.
 

Hi,

I am using OpenSUSE 12.1 and recently I installed Filezilla on it.
While I was accessing a server it gives and error.
After giving the IP address of server, username, password and port no. 22 it gives such error.

This could happen for a number of reasons, including:
* Server is not up
* Network problem
* Firewall(s) blocking you
* Incorrect connection settings

Can you provide additional information please, for example:
* Is the server you are trying to connect the same machine you are running FileZilla on?
* If not, is it on the same network?
* Which protocol are you using - ftp, sftp, ftps, etc?
* Have you checked that the server is up (try pinging it)?

All the conditions you are talking about are ok except firewall. Let me check if firewall is blocking the connection.
I am on the same network and using sftp protocol.

I stopped the firewall services, disabled it. Again I tried to access the server through filezilla but still the same problem.
