The "wildcard" (netmask) for the last number is 24
So the range would be 54.192.55.0/24 (254 IPs, from 54.192.55.1 to 54.192.55.254)

I did that, and it would work half the time (though not all the time). But then I had problems some large sites (I think rotten tomatoes wouldn't properly load). Shared cloud service maybe? I dunno. Anyway, it's not important to block the games site.
