Ubuntu Menu-editor Executable?

Hello, I am looking for the Ubuntu's menu-editor. I took the Accessories folder out from my Applications menu, and found out I need the Menu-editor.

could anyone post the the executable so i can get my Accessories folder back?

I found the command:
Code:
gmenu-simple-editor
but it doesn't give me an option to put back my Accessories.
