ubuntu freez when I plugged the power cable

Hi friends,
I recently update the system(12.10) and after that whenever I plug the power cable to my laptop it freez and no mouse or keybord functions,I have to reboot it and after that it's fully functional. I guess I have to report a bug for this issue but I have no experience for that. So please tell me how to fix this problem or how to report this bug.! thanks..!

I've found with some of my previous laptops, if I plug in the power cord while the laptop is running, it freezes the system and I have to shut it off and reboot. My solution: don't plug in the power cable when the system is running.
